400 g Canned Salmon Fish
½ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Black paper
Onion paste
Ginger & Garlic paste
Salt
Cornflour
3 Egg
Fresh coriander leaf
3 tbsp Youghurt
2 tbsp Ketchup
How to prepare?

Rinse the salmon and squeeze all the water.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder,1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp cumin powder, black paper, 5 tbs of cornflour, 3 large eggs, salt to taste Mix it well and make a ball shape.

Fry it in medium flame until it looks like golden brown., Take a Pan and add 100ml Oil Add 4tbs of Onion paste Add 1 tbs Of Ginger &Garlic Paste

When onion turns a bit brown, add 2 tbs ketchup,3 tbs plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Salt to taste.

Add little bit of water to stop burning the spices

Mix them very well for 5 minutes

Add fried salmon kofta into the gravy. Cook with lid for 10 minutes

Add fresh coriander leaf and serve it .
